ABOUT LIME
LIME was founded by restaurateur Federico Pulvino, who has spent more than 20 years traveling the world for both work and pleasure becoming passionate about people and their food. Federico has worked as a restaurant, bar and kitchen manager in large international chains, and has also been responsible for restaurant openings in various European cities.
